WDS-900 is a high end optical BGA rework station designed for high precision motherboard repair. The repair process consists of three main stages:

  • Automatic desoldering the BGA – Remove
  • Semi-Automatic alignment the BGA – Mount
  • Automatic soldering the BGA – Solder

Completing these three processes completes the motherboard repair.
